Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will promptly address any claims of copyright infringement that take place through our services, as reported to our designated Copyright Agent in the notice provided below.

If you are a copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf, or if you have any exclusive rights under copyright, please notify us about any alleged copyright infringement occurring on or related to our website (the "Site") by filling out the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement form and submitting it to our designated Copyright Agent. Once we receive the Notice as outlined below, we will take appropriate actions at our sole discretion, which may include the removal of the infringing content from the Site.

• 1. Specify the copyrighted work(s) that you claim have been infringed. If there are several works covered by this Notice, you may provide a representative list.
• 2. Identify the specific material or the link that you believe is infringing, including, if applicable, the URL of the infringing link on the Site or the precise location of the material in question.

• 5. Provide your complete legal name along with your electronic or handwritten signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any individual who knowingly misrepresents that material or conduct is infringing may face legal liability.

If you believe that your content was removed (or access was disabled) but should not have been, or if you have permission from the copyright owner, their agent, or as legally permitted, to use the content, you may file a counter-notice with our designated Copyright Agent that includes the following information:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that has been taken down or whose access has been disabled and where it was previously located;
• 3. A statement affirming that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification; and
• 4. Your identity including your name, contact address, phone number, and email address, a statement indicating your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the Seychelles, and that you will accept service of process from the individual who submitted the original notification of claimed infringement.

If we receive a counter-notice, we may send a copy to the original complaining party, notifying them of our intent to potentially restore the removed content or stop disabling it within 10 business days. If the copyright owner does not pursue legal action against the content provider or user, we may reinstate the content or allow access to it within 10 to 14 business days, at our sole discretion.

In compliance with the DMCA and other relevant laws, we have established a policy for terminating users who are identified as repeat infringers, when deemed appropriate and at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to limit access to the Site and/or terminate accounts of any users who violate the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is a pattern of infringement.
